TaxDome Client Portal
TaxDome is a secure way to send and receive documents to/from us, and is replacing the SecureFilePro portal. Tax Dome will also be used to complete Organizers, chat with your preparer throughout the tax prep process, electronically sign documents, and pay your bill. Feel free to contact our office for help with signing up, accessing and navigating TaxDome.
With TaxDome, you’ll have a secure and convenient way to manage your tax documents and communicate with us. Here are a few things you can do with TaxDome:
- Upload tax documents and share them with us securely.
- Communicate with us via the platform and get real-time updates on the status of your tax returns and services.
- View your invoices and make payments online.
- Access important tax-related documents such as tax returns, documents, and 1099s.
To Get Started:
- To get started with TaxDome, simply follow the link in the email you’ll receive from them over the next several days. The email will come from notifications@taxdome.com.
- Click on the button – Activate Account, and create your own password.
- Once you’re logged in, you can explore the portal features and functionality.
- If you have several accounts with us, you may receive a separate activation for each one, but you will be able to log in to all from the same email. If this isn’t happening, please contact our office.
